In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 business apps in Belgium exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

Microsoft Teams saw an initial dip in weekly downloads, falling from 22.4K at the beginning of the quarter to 8.5K by early November. However, it rebounded strongly, peaking at 33.2K in early December before ending the quarter at 5.2K. Active users remained relatively stable, peaking at 345K in late November, but experienced a sharp decline to 167.7K by the end of December.

Zoom Workplace maintained a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 6.6K and reaching a high of 13.8K in early December. Active users showed a consistent trend, peaking at 33.9K in late November but dropped to 18.6K by the end of the year.
